Move it once. Move it protected.

What we run

Eight disciplines,
one command structure.

Every service below is staffed by vetted, PSIRA-graded operators and coordinated by the same control room, so nothing is handed between strangers.

Armed convoy escort

Lead and tail vehicles, armed operators and a route commander who owns the load from gate to gate.

How a run works

Five stages, every single load.

The sequence never changes, whether we are moving a single pallet of handsets or a month of refinery output.

01

Brief

You tell us what moves, when, and what it is worth. We sign an NDA before anything else is discussed.

02

Route and risk plan

We map hot spots, choose timing windows and rehearse two alternates with the crew.

03

Convoy assembly

Vehicles checked, seals fitted, operators briefed and radios tested at the loading point.

04

Escort and watch

Armed escort on the road, live telemetry in the control room, check-ins on a fixed cadence.

05

Handover and report

Signed offload, seal numbers verified, and a written trip report in your inbox the same day.

Capability

What sits behind
the escort.

Four things decide whether a high-value load arrives: the people, the vehicles, the room watching them and the paperwork that proves it.

People you can name, not badges you cannot

Every operator on your load has been screened, credit checked and graded before they are cleared for high-value work. You get the crew list before the run, not after an incident.

  • PSIRA Grade A and B escort operators
  • Annual firearm competency and range requalification
  • Advanced and evasive driver training

Vehicles built for the road you are actually on

Escort vehicles are maintained on a fixed service interval and checked before every departure. Marked or unmarked is your call, based on what the load and the route need.

  • B4 armoured response vehicles for high-risk corridors
  • Unmarked follow vehicles for discreet movement
  • Dual tracking units with independent power

A room that never closes

Controllers watch position, speed, stop duration and geofence breaches in real time. If a vehicle stops where it should not, someone is on the radio within seconds, not at the next check-in.

  • Live GPS with 30-second reporting intervals
  • Geofenced routes with automatic deviation alerts
  • Panic activation straight to armed reaction

Paperwork that survives an audit

Insurers and compliance officers ask the same questions after an incident. We keep the answers filed before one happens, and you can request the file at any point in a contract.

  • PSIRA company and individual registration certificates
  • Public liability and goods-in-transit cover
  • Signed trip reports and seal registers per load

What operations managers say.

"

We moved refinery output on the N1 for two years with no incident. The trip reports arrive the same day, which keeps our insurer happy without me chasing anyone.

JMJ. MokoenaLogistics manager, precious metals
"

Their route planner flagged a hijacking hot spot we had been driving through weekly. We shifted the window by two hours and the problem disappeared.

RDR. DanielsDistribution head, electronics
"

Discreet is the word. For our auction transfers the crews arrive unmarked, on time, and nobody in the building knows they are security.

Questions we get

Before you brief us.

Standard runs need 48 hours so we can plan the route and brief a crew. We hold capacity for urgent movement and can often deploy within 6 hours on corridors we run daily, subject to armed unit availability.

Yes. Escort operators are PSIRA registered and carry current firearm competency certificates for the weapons they are issued. We provide copies of registration and competency records for every crew member assigned to your contract.

We issue view-only control room access so your team sees the same position data we do, including stop duration and route deviation alerts. Access is closed when the contract ends.

We hold public liability and goods-in-transit cover, and we work alongside your own policy rather than replacing it. Certificates are shared during onboarding so your broker can confirm the limits before the first run.

Always, and before the details of a load are discussed. Cargo descriptions, values, routes and timings are handled on a need-to-know basis internally and retained in line with POPIA.

We escort to border posts nationally and arrange onward cover into Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini and Mozambique through vetted partner operators, with cross-border clearance arranged in advance.
